About Kelly Berry

Kelly Berry is a strategic leader, coach and podcaster with over 20 years of experience in business operations and marketing. Kelly currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Fitness Revolution. She joined her husband, Nick Berry, there in 2013 and has been instrumental in co-creating The Fitness Business Alignment System™, a transformative business coaching method within the fitness industry. Her organizational talents have shone through the planning and execution of over 100 live events, ranging from group coaching meetings to premier national conferences. During her tenure, the company has been recognized with several awards:

Entrepreneurial Ventures: Entrepreneur's Edge

In 2022, Kelly Berry, along with Nick and co-founder Debbie Oster, leveraged their extensive experience in marketing and operations and started Entrepreneur's Edge to help small businesses that need marketing expertise. EE gives business owners access to critical services like a Fractional CMO, an Outsourced Marketing Department, and consulting services to enhance their Total Online Presence. These services are aimed at providing much-needed strategies to small business owners to effectively tackle their marketing challenges and grow their business.

Prior Roles and Business Development

In 2008, Kelly and her family opened Summer Classics Louisville. Her leadership helped the showroom become one of the most successful in the country, showcasing luxury outdoor furniture.

Kelly began her professional journey in 2003 at Backyard Essentials by Pools Plus, part of her family’s business. She progressed from Director of Marketing to Director of Operations, contributing to the company’s expansion from one to three locations and achieving over $5M in annual revenue.

Education and Professional Development

Kelly holds a BA in Marketing and Advertising from Western Kentucky University and an MBA from Bellarmine University. Those degrees have laid a strong foundation in strategic planning and business management. As a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses along with a professional certification in leadership from the Center for Creative Leadership, have helped her build her comprehensive skill set in leading teams and driving business success.

Personal Passions and Volunteering

Kelly loves to travel, having explored numerous destinations and countries, gaining global perspectives that enrich both her professional and personal life.

Kelly is passionate about health and wellness, actively participating in ultra-running, mountain biking, and triathlon. 

Her dedication to community service is evident through her years of volunteer work and her leadership in organizing significant fundraising events, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in both her community and beyond. Kelly has been instrumental in organizing events for CASA of the Heartland, The Backyard Classic, Lolo’s Run and The Crossing for Cystic Fibrosis.

Kelly also has a passion for cultivating community and connecting with like-minded women. In 2024, Kelly helped to launch the FemCity Jupiter chapter, a networking organization for women launching, growing and up-leveling in business, and is serving as the group’s Vice President.

• Grew up in Elizabethtown, Kentucky and graduated from Elizabethtown High School in 1999.
• Was a member of Chi Omega at Western Kentucky University where served on the Panhellenic Council as Recruitment Director and was a nominee for Greek Woman of the Year in 2003.
• Kelly is married to Nick Berry. She and Nick have been married since 2007, and been business partners since 2013. They have one daughter, Vivienne Berry.
